JeWe Inexor is a family company that has been around for 55 years, supplying all kinds of machined components to various industries. JeWe Inexor has 12 machines for machining and more or less everything else necessary to produce a complete product. Often, skilled workers, who can set up machines, spend all their time just loading and removing workpieces. This task can be done by an automated robot, allowing the skilled workers to make more use of their expertise while the robot does the routine jobs.

Xcelerate is designed to load workpieces into a single machine. From lathes to milling machines and from bench grinders to measuring benches, Xcelerate enables automatic finishing of production series. The automatic loading system can be linked to both new and existing CNC machines. This enables unmanned production for a wide range of machines, so you can focus on more complicated tasks in the workplace. Moreover, Xcelerate can continue operating automatically after closing time.

After almost 10 years of manual production, Imminkhuizen Metaaltechniek decided that the time had come to automate part of its production. Imminkhuizen went looking for a system that would automate the production of relatively large and simple series. A Cellro Xcelerate system is now fully integrated into the production activities at Imminkhuizen, and generally operates for around 12 hours per day. This is both for large-scale and smaller series.
