Xcelerate X60 Handling Options
Robot Options
The X60 is available with three robot payloads. Choose the robot that best suits your heaviest workpieces. Payloads do not include the gripper or gripper fingers.
- Fanuc M-20iD/25
Payload up to 25 kg, reach 1,833 mm. The agile choice for lighter workpieces and high speed.
- Fanuc M-20iD/35
Payload up to 35 kg, reach 1,831 mm. Greater load capacity for heavier work than the 25 kg model.
- Fanuc M-710iC/70
Payload up to 70 kg, reach 2,050 mm. The robot for heavy workpieces and 400 × 400 mm pallets.
Gripper Options
The right gripper for every product. If the product is switched to a different one with different dimensions, the gripper switches along with it: either manually or fully automatically.
- Rectangular workpieces
Double 2-point gripper for quick tool changes on the CNC machine.
Long-stroke pneumatic for square and rectangular workpieces with a wide range of sizes
Electric long-stroke for square and round workpieces where you want to adjust the force and stroke via the HMI, for example, when working with fragile or varied products.
- Round workpieces
Double 3-point for round workpieces, with loading and unloading in a single motion for a short cycle time.
Single 3-point clamps for round workpieces in a confined machine space or for heavier products.
Electric long-stroke 3-point for round workpieces of varying sizes, where you set the force and stroke via the HMI.
- Shafts
A few 2-point systems for standard shaft control.
Pneumatic long-stroke double 2-point for shafts with a large difference in diameter between the rough and machined sections.
Electric long-stroke dual 2-point for shafts where you set the force and stroke via the HMI.
- Pallets
Single 2-point with pallet fingers for changing pallets. Pallet fingers are always custom-made for specific pallets.
Main pallet gripper, available only with the 70 kg robot (NSE) and with the gripper link. No separate pallet gripper is required.
- Collet Chucks
Collet gripper for changing collets, compatible with Hainbuch TOP 65, 80, and 100.
- R-C2 | 6S
R-C2 is both a machine clamp and a product gripper in one. The module automatically picks up the workpiece, centers it with high precision, and places it on the zero-point clamping system in the machine.
R-C2 | 6S adds the 6S module to the R-C2. This module automatically transfers the workpiece to a second clamping station, allowing the machine to machine the sixth side as well. This enables you to machine a workpiece completely unmanned on all sides without the need for manual re-clamping.
