Terms and Conditions for Cellro BV September 2024 Promotional Discount

1. Promotional Period

• • The promotional discount offered by Cellro BV (“Cellro”) is available for a limited time only, specifically from 01.09.2024 to 30.09.2024.
  • This promotion applies exclusively to quotes requested and discount codes provided during the promotional period.

2. Quote Validity

• • All quotes issued during the promotional period will be valid for a duration of 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • Purchase decisions made after 30.09.2024 but within the validity period of the quote will still be eligible for the promotional discount.

3. Discount Details

• • The promotional discount amount is €20,000 excluding VAT, applicable to all Xcellerate systems based on the vendor’s list price.
  • The discount is non-cumulative and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  • The discount is applicable per system; therefore, if multiple systems are purchased, the total discount will be the sum of €20,000 for each system purchased.

4. Eligible Sellers

• • The discounted offer is valid only for systems sold either directly through Cellro or through participating partners, including Imtos – CZ, Reimmann – CH, Steindl – AT, and NCMT – UK.

5. Delivery and Support

• • The delivery location and support under this promotion are limited to European countries.
  • Exceptions for delivery and support outside Europe can be considered upon request but are subject to Cellro’s approval.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

• • The promotional discount is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
  • The promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified by Cellro at any time without prior notice.

7. Purchase Conditions

• • To qualify for the discount, the purchase must be made within the quote validity period.
  • The system(s) must be fully paid according to the payment terms outlined in the quote to be eligible for the discount.

• • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
